The agreement governing this website and the matching service — shorter than most, because the service itself is simple: one request, competing offers, your choice.
These terms govern your use of relycredits.com and the Rely Credit loan matching service. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to them. They are written to be readable; where they must be legal, they stay short.
1. The Service
Rely Credit operates a loan matching service: we transmit borrower requests to a network of licensed lenders and partners, who may respond with loan offers. We are not a lender, broker of record in states where that term carries licensing weight, or financial advisor. We make no credit decisions, issue no loans, and service no payments. Any loan you accept is a contract solely between you and the lender, on the lender's terms.
2. No Guarantee of Matching or Terms
Submitting a request does not guarantee that any lender will respond, that any particular amount, rate, or term will be offered, or that funding will occur on any schedule. All figures on this site are representative estimates for illustration. Offers come only from lenders, in writing, after their own review.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current information in any request; to use the service only for yourself (or with lawful authority for another); to be at least 18 years old (19 where your state requires); and to use the site for lawful purposes only. Providing false information to obtain credit is fraud under state and federal law — and it also simply fails, at verification.
4. Educational Content Is Not Advice
The guides, calculators, and comparisons on this site are educational tools reflecting representative market conditions. They are not financial, legal, or tax advice, and no page here substitutes for the disclosures in an actual lender's offer, which always control. Verify current terms with any lender before signing anything.
5. Site Content and Acceptable Use
The content of this site — guides, tools, design — belongs to Rely Credit or its licensors. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes; scraping at scale, republishing without attribution, or using the site to harm others or interfere with its operation is prohibited.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The site and service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. Rely Credit is not liable for the acts or omissions of any lender, for loan terms offered or denied, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or service. Some states do not allow certain limitations; where the law grants you rights these terms cannot waive, those rights stand.
7. General Terms
